In an agreement between two parties; XXX will be selling products in-store which will be supplied YYY.

"Huidige 21 vestigingen ultimo 2005 zijn bonusbepalend; all XXX vestigingen 2006 zijn bonusdragend.

For bonusbepalend I have something like .. determine the bonus... but am stuck for the second term.
