Dutch to English translations [PRO] Bus/Financial - Finance (general) / wage statement
Dutch term or phrase:BAP
I'm currently translating a number of personal financial docs. In a wage statement I see the above abbreviation in the following context:
Explanation: If WIDIC's answer is incorrect in this context, ''belastingadviesprogramma' (see below) might be an option, although I doubt that very much. IMHO, the term/acronym 'BAP' should probably be treated as a proper noun, and not translated at all.
Het ** Belastingadviesprogramma (BAP) ** is hiervoor een geschikt instrument. De achterliggende idee is dat u uw cliënten regelmatig doorlicht op besparingsmogelijkheden en knelpunten. U wacht niet tot uw cliënt zich tot u wendt voor advies, maar probeert hem èn de belastingdienst voor te blijven.
