Explanation:
Effect uitgegeven door een administratiekantoor dat het originele aandeel in zijn bezit heeft. Het is dus gewoon een ander woord voor aandeel.

neutral  Erik Dupont: Ik meen mij uit mijn economielessen te herinneren dat een deelbewijs meer dan één aandeel kan vertegenwoordigen (bv 1 deelbewijs voor 10 aandelen).
