Explanation:
In the Financieel Economisch Lexicon, this is the translation it gives for 'doorleiden' [IT]. So I would go for that. You may encounter problems with differentiating it from overboeking but as it (doorleiding) is not a common term, I would think you will be fine using one or both of the terms I suggested.

This term relates to anything which comes in which needs to be passed on to a particular person or department, not necessarily redirected. For example, mail arrives in the mailroom and needs to be passed on to the individual who will deal with it. Or a visitor arrives and has to be conducted to the right party. An incoming phone call needs to be transferred to someone. The same holds true of funds transfers. In some cases they will be redirections but not in all.
