This is the reverse of the presumption that applies to unmarried couples. Getting married may be the most efficient way of establishing a property merger. Explanation:
Jurlex does indeed give "joining of estates", as Jack says, but I'm not convinced.
Another possibility might be "community of property", which scores quite a few relevant Google hits:
