X wilde dit financieringsvehikel financieren met schulden, die echter buiten balans moesten blijven om de consolidatie en bedrijfswaardering van X niet te **bezwaren**.
FEL gives various options for bezwaren (encumber, charge [as security], burden, mortgage, pledge, create encumbrances) but I'm not sure which, if any, is the best solution with 'consolidation and business valuation' here and googling hasn't turned up anything. Does it just mean 'adversely affect'? |
