I am currently translating a "tarievenblad bedrijfsregeling", and am struggling to find a suitable translation for the above term.

The context is as follows:

"binnen de fiscale regelgeving kan de fiscaal bovenmatige vergoeding voor zakelijk verkeer in het kalenderjaar toegerekend worden aan de?vergoeding?woon-werkverkeer voorzover de werkgever?niet de maximale fiscale vrijstelling per kilometer voor woon-werkverkeer heeft vergoed."
