Dutch term or phrase: verkoopopdracht
From a text about employee share purchase plans (UK English). OK, I could go with "selling instructions", but I'm wondering about "order to sell"....Which is more "financial" and best in this context? Or is there another more commonly used term (in the context of share purchase plans)? Thanks.

sell-off of assets OR selling instruction

Explanation:
I would agree with Ashok, since the Lexicon does give that as an only answer. However, IATE gives the sell-off of assets answer, which may apply better in your case.

Either will work in my opeinion.

sale order

Explanation:
Is there anything wrong with 'sale order'. Some quick googling suggests its perfectly common and it sounds a lot better than 'selling instruction' imo. But I am not an expert...

'Trading order' might also be an option?
