Hi Suzan, I appreciate your point but in my opinion, for the purposes of the glossary, the entry could remain as it is, i.e. including Phil's suggestion. But please feel free to change it if you like.

I didn't pick his answer because it just gives me a literal translation of the term, which was not the question. The question was, what does it mean? "Salary run" didn't tell me anything I didn't already know. I wanted to know if it meant specifically the day on which the salary was paid, or perhaps the day a pay period began or ended, or just pay period . . .
