Misschien "added cessation value"?

I found http://www.ikbenzelfstandige.be "Ja, stopzettingsmeerwaarden zijn inkomsten die gerealiseerd worden naar aanleiding van de volledige en definitieve stopzetting van een bedrijf of bedrijfstak. Zij worden (deels) afzonderlijk belast. Het kan bv. gaan om meerwaarden op activa (bijvoorbeeld: bedrijfsuitrusting, gebouwen, ...) of om winsten behaald na de stopzetting (bijvoorbeeld commissielonen op vroegere zaken, ...)." So I understand "merwaarden" to be "proceeds" or "gains" and "stopzetting" as cessation of business activities. I'm still not exactly sure what the correct English translation would be as I haven't ever seen an entry like that on a tax form in English.
