Dutch term or phrase: forfait
Single word in a box on a tax form.

At first I thought was abb. for "forfaitair" = "standard rate" - but I am not sure if that fits and wonder is there another option.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Since the word is used in a taxation context I would suggest 'fixed sum' as the best option.

agree  Kitty Brussaard: Yes, 'forfait' in the Dutch tax system refers to 'forfaitair bedrag' as in the sense of 'fixed deduction (amount)'.
