Werkkostenregeling
Tijdens onze bespreking van 20 april 2011 is door mij inderdaad aangegeven dat mijns inziens de werkkostenregeling alsnog toegepast kan worden. De door mij verstrekte informatie blijkt onjuist te zijn. De keuze voor toepassing van de werkkostenregeling had per 1 januari 2011 moeten geschieden en bij een nieuwe inhoudingsplichtige bij aanvang van de inhoudingsplicht. Gezien deze specifieke situatie en mijn uitlatingen stem ik er éénmalig in toe dat de werkkostenregeling met ingang van 1 januari 2011 toegepast mag worden. E.e.a. enkel indien de inhoudingsplichtige dit wenst.

Indien wordt besloten de werkkostenregeling toe te passen dient vooraf duidelijk te zijn hoe het loon gekwalificeerd wordt, zoals:
 geen loon of geen belast loon voor de loonheffingen;
 belastbaar loon voor de loonheffingen;
 eindheffingsloon: vergoedingen en verstrekkingen die niet ten koste gaan van de vrije ruimte, hieronder vallen de gerichte vrijstellingen en nihilwaarderingen en
 eindheffingsloon: vergoedingen en verstrekkingen die in de vrije ruimte vallen.
