Tip: try reading this kind of sentences with complex adjectival constructions by substituting math-like symbols. Example: Bij uitkering van bonusaandelen of A1-aandelen aan de Stichting zal de Stichting aan de houders van A2-certificaten A3-certificaten toekennen. Then try analysing the symbols. That often makes life a lot easier ;-)

Ik ben geen expert op dit gebied, maar volgens mij is de geformuleerde zin min of meer nonsense... en op z'n best 'voor een goed verstaander'. Basically: Bonusaandelen of stockdividend worden uitgekeerd aan de Stichting. En die geeft vervolgens certificaten uit aan de houders van certificaten... Ik zou terug gaan naar de klant en vragen om verduidelijking.
