Different percentage additional (tax) liability (company) car 1 Explanation: I think you should at least stay with 'additional (tax) liability'. There are other percentages than 25% to calculate the material benefit (in kind) of company car used for private purposes as well . For environmentally friendly cars, for example, it's 14%, but percentages are set by law. I think that's what the 'afwijkend' means.
