Dutch term or phrase: gefacilieerd opbouwen

Onder voorwaarden is het mogelijk pensioen gefacilieerd op te bouwen. De gefacilieerde opbouw en omvang van pensioen is afhankelijk van het pensioengevend loon en van de diensttijd van de desbetreffende werknemer.

I wonder whether "gefacilieerd" is really a mistake for "gefaciliteerd" - presumably it means tax incentives for making pension contributions. Maybe someone else has an idea about this.

2005 opgebouwde rechten blijven gehandhaafd. Ook hiervoor

... to form tax-facilitated pensions. Gefacilieerd is eigenlijk de juiste vorm. Gefaciliteerd betekent eigenlijk net iets anders, maar ze worden vaak doorelkaar gebruikt.
