"Hoe minder homogenisatie druk hoe minder openbreken van de cellen en dus uiteindelijk een lager rendement. Daarbij moet opgemerkt worden dat de homogenisatiestift en -zitting uit een zeer harde legering zijn opgebouwd."

Alternative: homogenizer rod and seat(ing). For the UK, I would use 's' instead of 'z', i.e. homogenisation or homogeniser.
