Huitenga suggests 'bilocular' for tweehokkig but context seems to be botanical. Can't find much evidence for it in connection with peppers.

| Grading comment I'm afraid your references weren't particularly relevant (flowers rather than peppers), but I did find more evidence of the use of this term in context by searching for bilocular+capsicum, as Chris suggested.
