I think that by store, they mean a (heavy) curtain or drape (as they do in my own (Flemish) dialect). My mother used to have this kind of heavy drapes as decorative and soundproofing/insulating items in front of doors and windows.

I must admit, you can look at it in a different way as well
'met kalkverf' doesn't necessarily pertain to "vloer in gris DES Ardennes" and "store in cashmier", but can also mean that the hall in general has been painted in 'kalkverf'

If so, the floor is made of this type of limestone and the 'store is in cashmier' :-)

Gris des Ardennes is a type of limestone - so I don't think it can be a type of paint. You wouldn't paint a floor (?)
but I think you're onto something with the cashmier

it would seem 'cashmier' refers to the colour of the paint, that is of the 'kalkverf'
the floor has been painted in 'gris d'Ardennes kalkverf' and the store in 'cashmier kalkverf'
