Below the report is says;

Opm. aanvraag: nw POC meting!

What does nw stand for? It seems to be important as it has an exclamation mark.

agree  Dr Lofthouse: Yes, as the recorded value is WAY OVER the reference range, nieuw=new, but I dont know of nw as abbreviation

agree  Jack den Haan: Don't know anything about the medical context, but can vouch for 'nw' as a common abbreviation of 'nieuw'.
