No context - It's just a list of types of waste I'm afraid and I can't find much of help on Google.

Pain in the neck


Explanation:
This is probably not much help, and doesn't really fit in with the context, but my Dutch partner says a "lastpeuk" with a t - is someone who's a pain in the buttocks. Otherwise he has never heard of the word, but guesses it has something to do with welding. Perhaps the word is just supposed to be 'laswerk'?
