This probably won't help anyone trying to figure out what SR means, as the end client (ministry) doesn't even know what it stands for. It's thought that it may be a status code for use within Justitie (IND?). The Dutch text was actually revised to bring it line with the final EN version of the table heading, which was:
Regular residence permits with B2 purpose of stay (family
formation/reunification) granted for residence with permit holders under
the asylum seekers' amnesty scheme

SR = Sociaal Redzaamheid (social reliance). 'Productie........bij SR' could refer to 'proof of dependency', i.e. the evidence demonstrating the need/purpose for temporary residence.
