Dutch term or phrase: om welke redden dan ook
I'm having trouble with translating this turn of phrase into English.

The context is: bijvoorbeeld omdat de patient wordt beademd of hyperventileert om welke redden dan ook

So far I have "for example because the patient receives artificial respiration or hyperventilates.."

but I'm not sure about the structure of the rest and would appreciate some assistance!

Thanks :)

for whatever reason
Explanation:
It's probably a typo and they mean to say 'om welke reden dan ook'.
