Dutch term or phrase: culinair in de watten leggen
'Aan het eind van de dag legt onze chefkok U culinair in de watten met een heerlijk 3-gang diner'.
It is part of a brochure for a hotel, all I can think of is 'treats you to a delicious 3 course dinner', or 'treats you to the culinary delight of a delicious 3 course dinner', neither sound right to me, please help.

Explanation:
Is misschien een optie.
Ik heb trouwens superb gebruikt omdat je anders delight en delicious te dicht op elkaar hebt.

Note to reference poster
Asker: The text from the client is for a winter break, where did you find the English version for the summer break?

Peer comments on this reference comment (and responses from the reference poster)
agree  MoiraB: but why ask for this to be translated in that case? Might be a different client looking for something new.... In any case, 'treat you' might suggest (to the more cynical diner) that the chef's paying ;-)
38 mins
-> I imagine Asker may have been trying to find something different-he did suggest a slightly altered version of this (treats instead of will treat)
agree  Tina Vonhof: But all the more reason to choose a different wording for this one.
