Dutch term or phrase: Ingangsdatum auto van de zaak 1
This a field for a company-car form... I suppose it means the date in which the car was given/assigned to the employee. How is this in English?

Local time: 06:35
Date of issue of company car 1
Explanation:
The date the car was issued to the employee. From the ordinal number it would appear that there is a provision in the record for the employee to be issued with more than one car, which could either be, for example, if he has an accident with the first one or if the car is replaced or he is promoted to another model, etc.

company car start date

Explanation:
My guess and lots of Google hits for it. You want to keep it as short as possible.

agree  Glenda Janssen: Since there is a 1 at the end, seemingly implying there could be 2,3, etc. it could also be phrased as "start date (for) company car 1"
1 hr
-> Thanks Glenda. Yes this is better (I hadn't noticed the 1).
