Trademark or Trade name

Explanation:
It depends on the context.
In business: A trade name, also known as a trading name or a business name, is the name which a business trades under for commercial purposes, although its registered, legal name, used for contracts and other formal situations, may be dirrerent?
A trademark, is a distinctive sign or indicator used by an individual, business organization, or other legal entity to identify that the products or services to consumers with which the trademark appears originate from a unique source, and to distinguish its products or services from those of other entities.

™ (for an unregistered trade mark, that is, a mark used to promote or brand goods)

® (for a registered trademark)

Selected name; choice name; name of choice

Explanation:
Although most of the other suggestions sound correct, the following quote from a Dutch website about choosing a name after getting married indicates that aanschrijfnaam is simply the name you choose by which to be addressed - choice name, name of choice:

However, there are other understandings of the term, as can be seen here:

Another option: "preferred name"

Example sentence(s):
  • Naamgebruik; aanschrijfnaam wijzigen
