Dutch term or phrase: op productniveau doorgevoerd
Zeven monumentale huisjes uit 1740 zijn getransformeerd tot luxe suites. Elk met een verschillend interieur, een eigen karakter en voorzien van verrassende details. Het design is zelfs op productniveau doorgevoerd.

Can anyone help with "op productniveau doorgevoerd" please?

My interpretation:
Because of the things mentioned in the second sentence (interieur, karakter, details), I would say that the design is carried through at even individual products (or single objects) like f.i. a couch, wallpaper, a carpet, maybe even a vase .. regarding colour, style, theme ...

Explanation:
From your customer's site I get the impression that everything in the suites is design, including the accessories.
However, every suite has its theme, so maybe they mean that the theme was implemented at all levels, including accessories.

  -> See elsthant. "Doorvoeren" here means to implement / incoporate the design so as to include it in a range of products. Products normally go through a process of production. I think you are splitting hairs seaMount.
