Dutch to English translations [PRO] General / Conversation / Greetings / Letters | | Dutch term or phrase: breder getrokken | Omdat de site de belangen van veel partijen binnen HR raakt, zijn de resultaten van dit onderzoek breder getrokken. Zo is er ook gekeken naar de rolverdeling van de verschillende partijen in het proces van informatievoorziening. Ook worden deze resultaten vergeleken met de bevindingen uit andere onderzoeken.
I can't work out what the author means by "breder getrokken". I know that the verb "een conclusie trekken" means "to draw a conclusion" and that "in brede trekken" means "in broad outline" but I still can't work out what is being said in this sentence.
"Given that the site concerns the interests of many groups within HR, the results/findings of this research/study have been ??"
Could anyone help with this bit please? |
