The first source below does not translate "regie" but retains the original word.

The second source below translates it to "authority" as in Regie der Gebouwen = Building Authority.

Mostly Flemish or French terminology.

Explanation:
Standaard Woordenboek NL<>EN translates "regie" as "state" in the context of goverment... which is appropriate, if you're talking about "state commissions" or "local commissions" as in State & Local goverment in the US. The only time I personally have ever seen the word "state" in a European context would be in reference to EU member states, but I don't want to make the assumption that that is what the text is referring to. "administration" is probably a more general term for government bodies on any level in any country...

"regie" could possibly be of french influence, but I'm not 100% sure. If so, then that would make sense as well, because "régie" in french means "administration" anyway.

Hence for "regiecommissie", Administration Commission or Administrative Commission... whichever floats your boat.
