Criterium 4.1.1 De aanvrager (evenals mede-indieners) is/zijn statutair in Nederland gevestigde maatschappelijke organisatie(s) zonder winstoogmerk en bezit(en) rechtspersoonlijkheid naar Nederlands recht. Dit blijkt uit bijgevoegde statuten van de organisatie(s).

I'm coming up with this one, but somehow statutorily doesn't sit well with me. Maybe someone can gove me an alternative...? (or ease my mind, deadline is approaching). Thanks.

This is shown by the statutes of the organisation(s), which have to accompany the application.

Sorry, Phil, but "Statuten" is in English "Articles of Association". "Statutair gevestigd" is "registered as per the Articles of Association" (the "officially recorded" address). The words "statutes" or "statutory" do not feature anywhere in articles of association, in my experience, and need not be, indeed should not be introduced.
