Dutch to English translations [PRO] Social Sciences - Government / Politics | | Dutch term or phrase: achterban | I know there are several words for this, even here. I usually use (social) support base (thanks to an earlier proz query) for draagvlak as well as achterban, but here they are talking about achterban and draagvlak. And somehow I feel support base doesn't quite cut it here.
