Not much more context to give, short of posting the whole document. It's just this isolated bit. But it's about their own quotations, not about quotations they get from others. That much I'm sure of. I actually thought (but am not sure!) it might mean something like: how well do our quotations do, what is their score. How many result in actual jobs.
It's a bit strange and I don't quite know what to make of it, because this is a non-profit organisation. So I was hoping somebody had an "a-hah!, I know that!" moment. Like the time I asked for a translation of "alleen is maar alleen"...
