| | official-general | Explanation: I know this is a term that says nothing, but the Belgian one has the same problem. As far as I know, this committee is there to fill the gap between the ministers and the secretary-generals of the ministries when it comes to the re-organisation of the Flemish Institutions. In principle they are independent from the ministry although there is at least one minister who has a seat in it (Lieten).
I think the term 'official-general' is the best way to avoid any confusion with directors in the ministries themselves. |
