Een arrest van de Hoge Raad bevat de volgende zin:

Arrest
gewezen op het bij één geschrift aanhangig gemaakte beroep in cassatie van [Naam Strijdende partij] tegen de uitspraken van het Gerechtshof te Amsterdam van [Datum] betreffende na te melden aan [Naam Belanghebbende] te [Plaatsnaam] (hierna: belanghebbende) verstrekte bindende tariefinlichtingen.

(Vanwege mijn geheimhoudingsplicht in deze heb ik namen etc even in deze zin moeten verwijderen. Dat maakt het niet leesbaarder, mijn excuses daarvoor.)

Ik denk dat ze bedoelen met namelden in dit geval: het doorgeven van de tariefinlichtingen nadat het feit al heeft plaatsgevonden. Ik kom er maar niet op hoe ik dit in deze zin in het Engels moet vertalen.
Iemand suggesties?

Voor de context: het arrest gaat over een verschil van mening over onder welke "categorie" een bepaald product moet worden geclassificeerd bij het bepalen van invoerrechten. Bindende tariefinlichtingen zijn tarieven die door de EU zijn vastgesteld voor een bepaalde categorie producten.
