"Bedrijf A kan via Bedrijf B gebruik maken van een verzuimrapporteur die op basis van uw ziekmelding bij u thuis op bezoek kan komen zowel in dagdienst als in ploegendienst."

I know what's going on here, as I even had one at my door while I was still working in NL. What's the proper EN term here? "Reporter" doesn't seem to fit the bill. I'm more inclined to say "inspector", but that might not be quite as accurate as it should be. Suggestions? TIA. Cheers, R.
