Dutch term or phrase: ontdetaillering (see context)
Waar Europa met betrekking tot bepaalde risico's doel- en middelvoorschriften oplegt en daarbij geen ruimte biedt voor afwijkingen - wat nogal eens het geval lijkt te zijn - is er ook minder ruimte voor implementatie door middel van afspraken van werkgevers en werknemers. Deze ruimte zoveel mogelijk uitbreiden is een van de kernpunten in de agenda van het kabinet naar Europa toe.
Andere punten zijn vereenvoudiging, *** ontdetaillering *** en deregulering. Daarbij worden de in het vooruitzicht gestelde voorstellen van de Europese Commissie tot simplificatie van de Kaderrichtlijn en 5 bijzondere arborichtlijnen als startpunt genomen.
