Occupational Health and Safety Expert

Explanation:
I can't justify it with examples, but my gut feeling says it is related to this.

agree  Dave Calderhead: try googling it ;D

  -> Thanks, Dave!

22 mins
-> Yes, which seems to be the same thing. Although an 'ARBO-deskundige' is usually translated as a Health and Safety Officer

neutral  writeaway: no need to just go on 'gut feelings'. it's well explained here by a an Nl university you may know ;-) : http://www.vgm.leidenuniv.nl/index.php3?c=175 /yes educated guess is better. but providing refs shows where you are coming from
37 mins
-> Yes, I saw this (and a few more) and I think the keword is 'welzijnsrisico' that in the UK at least means health and safety (and not necessarily wellbeing:-)) Maybe I should have put educated guess!

neutral  xxxjarry: I miss the organisation/management bit

human resource professional

Explanation:

3 mins

neutral  writeaway: here's a clear explanation in Dutch of what the job involves. http://www.vgm.leidenuniv.nl/index.php3?c=175 @Max-am well aware deskundige can just be translated several ways. many NL words have multiple EN equivalents. :-)
20 mins

20 mins

disagree  Marijke Singer: This is not what is meant in Dutch (it is seen from the other side while this is seen from the management side). See http://www.masterstudies.com/?course=10167

-> As long as we're clear that it's NOT a S&H expert - that's one of the other 3 'core disciplines' involved

Industrial/Organizational specialist

Explanation:
of I/O specialist. A&O pscyhologie is Industrial/Organizational psychology of I/O psychologist.

Organizational Behavior and Human Resources specialist

Language variant: US

Explanation:
Although often studied separately at graduate level (as in my case), the two fields are very closely related and the roles will be combined in the same department/person in a corporate environment. HR usually includes health and safety issues.
