In a Belgian document about VDAB vocational training contracts. This is in a list of criteria for enrolling on a course. I'm aware that 'stempelen' is related to unemployment benefits but I'm not sure actually what this means here. |

In other words, if you become unemployed, there is virtually no waiting period before you are eligible to apply to take one of these VDAB courses. |
