Asker: Yes, you guessed correctly, it is from Belgium.

Asker: An organigram is indeed a chart. I agree. However, it REPRESENTS the structure of an organization. As I said above, the two answers are both correct, but I simply prefer this way of saying it. After all, wouldn't ''Company X has a flat organizational structure, with approx. 85 % of all employees working in production.'' be a correct translation of ''Bedrijf X heeft een vlak organigram met ca 85 % van alle medewerkers in productie.'' ?

neutral  writeaway: but an organigram is a chart, not a structure. tant pis as they say in Belgium. Who is "they"?? The Organigram is the actual chart and it show the structure/. Look at Robert's reference./no, accurate ones for a change
