Dutch term or phrase: loonlijn
Can anyone help me to the right translation of 'loonlijn'? Explanation in Dutch: "Wanneer de schaalmaxima met elkaar worden verbonden door een lijn, dan krijgt u de maximum loonlijn. Deze lijn geeft aan wat de maximumbeloning is voor functies met een bepaalde zwaarte".
I found 'remuneration line' several times but all hits referred to Belgian webpages?? Thanks for your help!

wage curve

Explanation:
This also has another meaning (see wikipedia), but it may also suffice for your context (assuming the graph is not linear!).

Hi MarianneE,

I read your context. You could get round this by using 'wages curve' or 'salary curve' (if you don't find a better solution!) 'Curve' is the name of the line in a graph (linear or not, in contradiction with my comment above).

Notes to answerer
Asker: I think the other meaning you refer to is this: A wage curve is a graph of the relation between the local rate of unemployment, on the horizontal axis, and the local wage rate, on the vertical axis. I am referring to the wages within one company only (the line that links the maximum wages of scales)
