support department
Explanation:
A stafafdeling is a department that provides support to the core business departments. It generally consists only of cost centres rather than profit centres (i.e. it costs the revenue-generating departments money and has no revenue streams of its own).

  -> Thanks Tina

neutral  Chris Hopley: Implies that there is a separate head office away from core departments, which is not necessarily the case.

department

Explanation:
The word 'stafafdeling' here just means 'department.'

Not sure whether it should be 'head office', or 'general affairs' though.
