Dutch to English translations [PRO] Bus/Financial - Human ResourcesDutch term or phrase: detectiefase HR context. Would 'discovery phase' be something perhaps?
'Tijdens de detectiefase bepaalt Security X samen met de Luchthaven van Barcelona welk het gevraagde profiel is dat van toepassing is op de site.'
This comes from a chapter dealing with the 'profielbepaling' of different types of security guards.
Any suggestions would be welcome.
