Explanation:
'Op afroep' means that an employee is contracted for only the hours he has worked. The employer can call the employee if a staff member is ill, there is suddenly a lot of work he needs more workers for, seasonal, etc. There are various kinds of contracts for regulating this kind of work, ranging from contracts where no non-worked hours are paid and no maximum amount of hours is listed, to contracts where the employee is paid a certain amount of hours anyway, even if he is not needed.

I would guess that by 'strook' they mean the band on the pay slip as that is probably standard for every employee in the company whether working part-time or full-time.

Asker: What do you mean? I don't understand this. Although "strip available on call" sounds kind of exciting, it's not exactly the business we're running here...
