It cannot be 'fringe benefits' because that would mean deducting from the taxable income, where this is essentially adding to it (see reference).
'Bijtelling' means that 25% (mostly) of the company car's catalogue value is added to the gross taxable income for which the employee pays taxes, thus (unnoticeably) reducing his net income, but gaining a benefit. If he wishes to reduce the 'bijtelling', he may pay for the private use of his company car, which are the fields below in your document. |
