Wanneer er sprake is van een verpanding van de rechten verbonden aan het Contract, kan de Contracthouder de verworven beleggingstegoeden slechts doen afkopen met schriftelijke toestemming van de Pandhouder, indien door de afkoop de rechtspositie van de Pandhouder wordt gewijzigd.

This is the suggested translation, but i'd like your opinion:
If the rights in terms of the contract have been provided as security, the contract holder may only divest the funds with the written consent of the party that holds the security certificate, should the legal position of the security holder be altered as a result of the divestment.
