"Tijdens het ouderschapverlof gaat de pensioenopbouw en premieverdeling ongewijzigd door." It means the proportion of the pension contribution that is paid by the employer and employee, e.g. 30% by the employee and 70% by the employer. Does anyone have any idea if there is a specific term for this in English? Thanks.
