Dutch term or phrase: premievrij verzekerd bedrag
This is contrasted with 'betalend verzekerd bedrag'. The term 'premievrijgesteld verzekerd bedrag' is also used in the text and may be the same thing. I was wondering whether premievrijstelling was the same as 'premievrijmaking' (converting to a paid-up policy), in which case maybe 'paid-up insured amount', or whether this is referring to some sort of 'exemption'.
