"WGA" benefit shortfall / loss

Explanation:
Very tricky stuff. See this English-language explanation of the subject: http://www.mercer.nl/referencecontent.htm?idContent=1286115

WIA-excedent is similarly a loss of or shortfall in "WIA" benefits.

Fwiw, in the past I have translated 'WIA-excedentverzekering' as 'supplementary occupational disability insurance'. Similarly, any '***-hiaatverzekering' or '***-gatverzekering' could be translated as 'supplementary *** insurance'.
