Dutch term or phrase: behoud van recht

To make sure I have understood the messahe here. This is in an IT-system for an insurance company:

Eén overeenkomstdeel voor gegevens waarop ***behoud van recht***** van toepassing is, en één overeenkomstdeel voor gegevens zonder behoud van recht.

Is this referring to the legal right to retain the info? or have I misunderstood completely?
