Yeah, surely 'de expertiserend arts' can be a medical specialist, specialist doctor etc. That's perhaps better than 'experienced doctor' which I initially wrote.
Could '27% gehele mens' be '27% of all people' despite being written in singular?
And 'uit de expertise'... does it refer to general experience or to an opinion given by a particular expert?
I should have mentioned that this is a Flemish text, so it is not necessarily in poor writing style. And I am also looking for help in translating this part of the sentence, not just a "word" as previously mentioned. Thanks.
My Dutch is far from perfect but IMO this sentence may be written in poor style, there should be either the initial "from experience..." or the final "according to an/the experienced doctor" but not both in one sentence...
