agree  writeaway: there is a lot of info all over the www in any case, perhaps even in Romanian as well.

neutral  WoodsTranslates: Arbodienst is the company doctor. Verzuimbegeleiding is usually support offered by them to help sick employees return to work. So it might be something like 'coaching for sick employees', but can also be support to the employer; depends on context.

verzuimbegeleiding = sickness absence management
This is fairly neutral and I think it covers a multitude of sins.

You can also translate arbo as working conditions but I believe it is more specific in this case.
